The leading 2023 presidential candidate of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN), Isaiah Benjamin has felicitated Muslims on the celebration of Eid-el-Kabir celebration.
In his Sallah message, Mr Benjamin urged Muslims to use the period to pray for the country and its leaders.
Benjamin who was the immediate past Chairman, Kaduna SWAN said “I wish to use this medium also to urge us all to use this period to pray for our country, Nigeria and our leaders and the success of our forth coming SWAN Triennial Delegate Conference”.
The leading Presidential candidate, prayed for Allah’s guidance to choose the right leaders at the end of the Triennial conference, coming up in PortHarcourt, River Sate capital next month.
Mr Isaiah Benjamin wished all delegates and officials journey mercies, “may God Continue to Bless the works of our hands and keep us in safety now and always”.
The National SWAN Election body, (SWANECO) had since released details of the election as follows;
11th July, 2023 Arrival of national officers and candidates, 12th July,2023 Arrival of delegates, while 13th July, 2023 ELECTION. 14th July, 2023 Departure.”
