The Inspector General of Police, IGP Alkali Baba Usman has decorated the Commissioner of Police, Kaduna State Command, CP Yekini Ayoku psc(+), mni, with his new rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG).
According to a statement signed by the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Muhammad Jalige, the colourful ceremony was held at the Force Headquarters in Abuja on Thursday April 6, 2023.
Before his decoration as AIG, CP Yekini Ayoku psc(+), mni, was the 43rd CP of Kaduna State Command.
The Police Service Commission (PSC) announced the promotion Commissioner of Police CP Ayoku and 23 others promoted to the rank of Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG)
The outgoing CP thanked the people of Kaduna State for the support rendered to him during his tour of duty.
