Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Kaduna State factional Executive Council led by Asmau Halilu have concluded meeting on how to explore areas of collaboration with Kaduna State Environmental Law Enforcement Agency (KASTELEA).
Earlier in her remarks in a courtesy visit to KASTELEA, comrade Asmau sought the collaboration and understanding between members of the two organisation because of their important roles in the state.

The Chairperson also sought for constant interactive forum with NUJ for continue sensitization of the public on the duties and responsibilities of the Agency with a view to remedy some its misunderstood images.
KASTELEA Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Major Garba Yahaya was also made to understand the working of Journalists in terms of enlightening and mobilising the citizens in favour of the policies and programmes of the Agency.
Issues of harassment, back and forth between both journalists and the Agency’s Officers on the road, as well as unprofessional conducts of some Officers were exhaustively discussed during the question and answer session.
On his part, the Corps Marshal promised to work with NUJ for improved public perception.
