Ahead of the National Convention of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), the APC support group across the northern region yesterday endorsed the Chairman, Senate Services Committee, Senator Sani Musa, Niger East for the position of National Chairman of the party.
The Convener of the group, Mr. Abdulrahman Labo made the disclosure during a press briefing yesterday in Kaduna state.
“As the National Convention of our great party, the APC is fast approaching, we unanimously agreed to appeal to the leadership of the party to kindly zone the position of National Chairman to North Central and also rally round support for Sen. Sani Musa 313 as the next elected National Chairman during the National Convention”.
“We the leaders of APC Stakeholders Forum in collaboration with some civil society Organizations rediscover the ability of Sen Sani Musa 313 in transformation of the party and reward system for party soldiers.
“We are working tirelessly for the victory of the party and we also need a leader with reward system ideology like him that will recognize us and incorporate us into the government at the end of every Elections”.
“With Sen Sani Musa 313 as National Chairman of our great party, victory is assured and economic transformation of the party and Members of the party is achievable”.
“We are calling on all party stakeholders to rally behind Sen Sani Musa 313, support his candidature and help in Realizing the dream of party foot soldiers”.
The group described Senator Musa as an embodiment of patriotism, masses-friendly legislator with exemplary leadership qualities, rare in today’s Nigeria.
