According to him, while they are always proud of the CFASF Annual Congress, they are particularly proud that this year, because of the extraordinary sacrifice, perseverance and achievement demonstrated by their athletes, individuals, parents, partners and organizations throughout to the foundation in 2023, they  also want to say a big thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of our programs all through 2023.

“As part of CFASF mission; “Create and maintain a culture that encourages family and community involvement”.

“Throughout  the world, thousands of children are kept in orphanages. We had planned this year to help them selflessly to make their lives better which eventually satiate our soul and gives us a sense of fulfillment. We must prove to be a part of the betterment of society.

“We started with a visit in February 14th this year to Adonai Orphanage Home to share love and spend some time with the them,” Coach Felix explained.

He stressed that  over the  period, they noticed the young children in the orphanages are deprived with the ability to showcase their talents in athletics.

“They too hold a part of our future generations in the sports,” he added.

According to him, helping them in any way to stardom, gives a sparkle of achievement in the eyes of those children and confidence to themselves in order to make their life worthwhile.

“That is why CFASF decided to include the Orphanage Talent Hunt in the Annual Congress,” he added.

“Princess Mabel Madojiemu  (All African Games Gold Medalist)  is the Matron of the foundation, while Mr and Mrs Samuel Onikeku will be the special guests of honour.

“Hon. Idris Dibis the SA on Sports  to the Executive Governor of Kaduna State, Sen. Uba Sani will also serve as special guest of honour,” he informed.
