The gubernatorial candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the just concluded governorship election in Kaduna, Hon Isah Ashiru Kudan has assured his supporters that his party will retrieve their stolen mandate from the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC).
Isah Ashiru stated this on Thursday while addressing a press conference in Kaduna State.
According to him, PDP won the governorship election but it is unfortunate that Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) compromised.
“Our people voted PDP to be their governor, but it is unfortunate that our mandate was stolen. I assure you that I am law abiding, our supporters are law abiding. We will continue to be law abiding, and we are calling on the good of Kaduna State to remain calm peaceful”.
“I assure you that our party are studying the situation, very soon we will issue a statement, we will leave no stone unturned until victory is returned to good people of Kaduna State”.
“I will remain focus and we will never be distracted. We are going to pursue this matter to it’s logical conclusion by the grace of God”.
“The mandate is not mine but for the good people of Kaduna State and I have a responsibility to make sure that we recover their mandate. We will recover it to better the lives of our people”.
