People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Kaduna Central Senatorial Candidate for 2023 general election, Hon. Usman Ibrahim, known as Sardaunan Badarawa has called the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) a failure that must not be allowed to linger beyond the next general election of February and March this Year.

He urged Nigerians of voting ages to ensure they collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) to chase out the ruling party and all her candidates from elective positions at the next poll, saying the general resurgence and redeemed popularity of PDP, particularly amongst the electorates should be a message to APC to prepare her farewell speech.

Sardaunan Badarawa made the statement while unveiling his campaign council which he said would not only work for his victory but also ensure the triumphs of all candidates of PDP from top to bottom in February and March general franchise.

He decried economic hardship experienced by the masses, adding that life had become too difficult for Nigerians, blaming APC for lack of direction and meaningful development blueprint capable of stimulating the county’s human and material potentials for growth and prosperity.

The Senatorial hopeful reiterated confidence in his party’s ability to bring the country out of the wood and ensure a Nigeria in tune with the dream and aspiration of her founding fathers.

He recalled with nostalgia the years of PDP in power when he noted a bag of rice was sold between seven and eight thousand naira, urging Nigerians to dispassionately compare their lives pre APC administration and now so they could pass a fair verdict on which party could be called a true pro-masses’s.

He challenged the present administration in the State to point out one policy or programme that could be said to have made positive impacts on people whom he noted should be primary beneficiaries of any government initiative.

He promised Kaduna Central Constituents an effective representation, compassionate leadership and above all, he pledged to be accessible to people and deliver dividends of democracy to their domains.

For effectiveness and easy administration, the grassroots politician decentralized his Campaign team, breaking it down to all the Seven local governments in the Kaduna Central Zone, with each LGA having a council.

The local government areas are; Kaduna South, Kaduna North, Igabi, Kajuru, Birnin-Gwari, Giwa and Chikun.

Each of the local government areas within Kaduna Central Senatorial Zone would be headed by coordinators who shall be answerable to the Zonal Coordinator who would in turn report to the DG and Chairman.

Chairman and Director General (DG) of Sardaunan Badarawa Campaign Council, Ayuba Ragas and Dan Garba Musa who are expected to serve as overall heads of all LG affiliates of the campaign, pledged to discharge their duties diligently and with vigor to ensure the party’s victory.

While expressing readiness to work in synergy, the duo enjoined all other LG’s councils to intimate them of any development even as small as an atom size within their respective domains for quick response and intervention.

They said no stone would be left unturned in the cause of sensitizing voters on their rights, civic duties and responsibilities in a democratic experiment so electorate could be able to exercise their franchise without harassment and intimation.

They said the general maladministration of the ruling party at virtually all levels would make their job of convincing voters easier.

Also speaking in the same line shortly, Zonal coordinator of the Campaign Council, Rilwanu Abdullahi, promised to hit the ground by ensuring effective coordination among all officials.

He urged them not to hesitant to report any issue needing his attention, no matter how small it may be for quick response and intervention.
