Don’t Lose Hope, Nigeria Shall Rise Again, CAN Urges Nigerians

The Kaduna State Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Rev John Joseph Hayab has urged Nigerians not to lose hope,  maintaining that Nigeria shall rise again.

Hayab stated this on Sunday in Kaduna during the Christmas Carol and 9 Lessons organized by CAN with the topic the ‘Savior Has Come’.

“We believe that God is going to show Nigeria favour, we have suffered pains, we have been crying , favour is coming. Do not be afraid, there is still hope”.

“We praying that God should give us good leadership that will change the story of our land. God will Nigeria the way he favoured Mary. We can’t continue to lament all our lives, we have lamented enough, we are looking unto God for mercy.

He said that Nigeria’s situation requires divine intervention, adding that it is only prayer that can liberate Nigeria from its numerous challenges.

He advised Nigerians to show love to one another irrespective of tribe and religion, maintaining that economic situation in the country is affecting Nigerians negatively.

Hayab who also spoke on the 2023 general elections urged Nigerians to vote wisely, adding that the hardship in the country is across region, faith and interest.

The General-Secretary of Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), Rev Yunusa Nmadu lamented that Nigeria is in many troubles but hope has come, Nigeria shall rise again despite challenges, he said.

Rev. Nmadu advised Nigerians to preach message of peace, love and unity to one another, saying that Nigeria will emerge a great nation again.
