*Says commencement of sale of forms for state congress pending

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kaduna State has commended the successful conduct of Ward Congresses across the state, held on July 27, 2024.
According to a statement signed by Abraham Alberah Catoh, Publicity Secretary, PDP, Kaduna State, the party expressed gratitude to members, leaders, INEC, and security agencies for their roles in the exercise success.
As the party prepares for Local Government Congresses, it reiterated its commitment to inclusive participation, encouraging all qualified members to contest for offices without exclusion.
However, the party clarified that the sales of forms for the State Congress have not commenced, and the date for the State Congress has not been fixed by the National Working Committee (NWC).
It assured members that once the NWC announces the date, the sales of forms will be open to all qualified aspirants.
The party urged interested members to remain calm and monitor official releases for the commencement date for the sales of forms.
This development comes as the PDP in Kaduna State continues to strengthen its structures ahead of future elections, demonstrating its commitment to democratic principles and internal party democracy.
