In a remarkable turn of events, Kaduna Electric has promptly restored power to Radio Nigeria Kaduna (FRCN) just a day after an unexpected disconnection.

The swift resolution can be attributed to the concerted efforts of the Minister of Information and National Orientation Alhaji Mohammed Idris Malagi, the Director General of FRCN Dr Mohammed Bulama, and the diligent management of the broadcasting station under the leadership of the Zonal Director, Malam Buhari Auwalu.

Malam Buhar Auwalu explained that the Minister played a pivotal role in liaising with the relevant authority to address the issue swiftly.

Recognizing the vital role of Radio Nigeria Kaduna in disseminating information to the public, Buhari Auwalu said the FRCN Director General Dr Muhammad Bulama and Minister’s intervention reaffirmed government’s commitment to supporting the station and ensuring uninterrupted broadcasting services.

According to him, the management of Radio Nigeria Kaduna also played a proactive role in facilitating the reconnection process.

Their effective communication and coordination with the relevant stakeholders contributed to the efficient resolution of the issue, emphasizing the importance of teamwork in such circumstances.

“As power is reinstated, Radio Nigeria Kaduna as the most prestigious and oldest radio station in Northern Nigeria can continue its vital role in serving the community with reliable and informative broadcasting”, the Zonal Director emphasised.
