The Roman Pontiff, Pope Francis has appointed the Rector of Good Shepherd Seminary, Kaduna, Msgr. Habila Tyiakwonaboi Daboh as the second Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Zaria.
This was disclosed on Thursday, 21st September, 2023 through a post on the Facebook Page of the Catholic Broadcast Communication.
Msgr. Habila, a priest of the Catholic Archdiocese of Kaduna was ordained a Catholic priest on 10th July 1999. He is to succeed Bishop George Jonathan Dodo who passed on Friday, 8th July 2023 at the age of 65.
