Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria, has described as fake, a bulletin in circulation, announcing its reopening
This was contained in a statement signed by the Director, Public Affairs Directorate, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Auwalu Umar, dated Friday September 30, 2022.
“The attention of Ahmadu Bello University has been drawn to a bulletin announcing the re-opening of the institution.
“The bulletin, which has been making the rounds on the Social Media since Tuesday, 27th September, 2022, is, to say the least, fake, as it did not emanate
from the university,” the statement said.
According to the statement titled, “Re : Re-opening of the University” the instituition’s management advised, “all members of the public, particularly students and parents are, therefore, urged to ignore it in its entirety.”
